Since 1937, we have produced our own "Skåne-Finkost real red" according to the same good recipe. And ever since the start, we have supplied many chefs around Sweden with this genuine restaurant and fishmonger's mayonnaise. In our opinion, mayonnaise should be made from scratch and made from really good ingredients.
