Winborg's vinegar 12% is a natural biological vinegar made in Sweden. A natural flavoring agent with a long shelf life that is a staple in many Swedish homes. Vinegar is used, among other things, for pickling vegetables, herring and flounder and as an acidifier and flavor enhancer in sauces, dressings (instead of vinegar), salads or sushi rice.
